How I Work

Personal trainer: a fitness professional who develops and implements an individualized approach to physical fitness, most often working one-on-one with a client.

Fitness is defined differently by each individual client. I will use my twenty+ years of experience to specify a plan of action tailored to the individual client. The goal is being healthy.

I will work with you one-on-one, or if you prefer, in a small group.

I will help you assess your level of physical fitness and help you work toward a personal fitness goal through proper exercise instruction and personal motivation. The scope of my practice for personal training is to enhance your fitness knowledge allowing you to excel toward your chosen goals.

You will find my approach to be precise and specifically focused on the identified muscle or muscle group. Attention to detail will quickly isolate the desired area for training. You will begin to notice your overall knowledge of anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics improve as you learn more about your body and how it works.
